2022 WSU Master Gardener Advanced Education Conference
I wanted to let you know about a great educational opportunity. And don’t let the title of this event dissuade if you’re not a Master Gardener because it is open to the public. The 2022 WSU Master Gardener Advanced Education Conference will be held from Sept. 28-Oct. 1 in Olympia, Washington.
Those who sign up for the full conference, at a cost of $249, get the following: full participation in 2 days of educational programming (you’ll have your choice of 35 classes offered in 7 sessions plus two General Sessions), a program book including speaker information, Thursday evening Welcome Social with hors d’oeuvres, Friday and Saturday morning coffee/pastries, Thursday and Friday lunches, and Friday evening banquet/Keynote Speaker. It also includes full access to the Marketplace area throughout the conference. There are other conference pricing options.
I am delighted to announce that I will be one of the speakers on Friday, Sept. 30, from 10:45 a.m. to noon. My topic is “Organic Control of Vegetable Garden Pests.” But check out the list of session topics below! The hardest part will be choosing which sessions to attend, right?
