Video: How to Make Homegrown Pumpkin Pie

In honor of Thanksgiving, I thought I’d share a video I made on how to make pumpkin pie from scratch – and from your own homegrown pumpkins.

In this video, I take you through the steps of roasting the pumpkin, making a pie crust, assembling the filling and baking it. I also share my thoughts on great uses for winter squash that you’ve grown as well.
