Video: How to Roast Winter Squash

Hi, everybody! I’ve got a new video that demonstrates how to roast winter squash. It is so easy and the results are amazing. This video is the second in my new series where I show you how to use the wonderful vegetables that you grew in your garden.

In the video, I mentioned the varieties of winter squash that I grew this summer. I thought you might like to know where to get the seeds:

‘Goldilocks‘ bush acorn squash: Territorial Seeds and Osborne Seed.

‘Butternut‘: You can pretty much find these seeds wherever you look! But here are a few examples: Johnny’s Selected Seeds, Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds, and Harris Seeds (note: this link goes to their page of many types of butternut squash).
