May 14, 2026 _ Hi, everybody! Boy, this garden season is moving right along, isn’t it? I don’t know about you, but I want everything to slow down so I can truly savor this time of year. We had a really strong windstorm yesterday that also included thunder, lightning and some much-needed rain.

It’s time for my next video, which is part 2 of my series on growing beans. Last week, I thought I’d have to wait 2 weeks to shoot this one but the bean seedlings really hit the ground running! In it, I show how I transplant them, share an interesting tip on which side of the trellis to plant the seedlings and ways to enjoy your bountiful bean harvest.
